Company policies are very clear for everyone. It's in our hands to keep our Job secured here. We must be more responsible as it is a Edu-Tech Company and no compromise with their customers. Work Culture is quite different but it is adaptable. Management is Awesome. To be here as a Teacher is like one of the partners since we need totake care of our customers individually. There is no dislike according to me. Compensation is quite Good. Like other companies Work pressure is high. No compromise. Work life balance is too Good when compared with other employment where we need to travel a lot. If we take more efforts we are paid appropriately.

I teach Coding, Maths to kids of different group Ages. I love teaching which is my ambition and my wish to become a programmer has come true. I feel really Great to teach concepts to children and make them understand it.

best part of working with whitehatjr is that you are away from office politics. If you have capability you can shine, Interacting with children actually gives you lot of positivity and you are free to choose your working hour.

Dislikes

Too much work after classes you have to write review ,you have to upgrade yourself ,you have to check projects ,attending webinar etc., also too much screen time can create health issues.

I teach coding to student ,check their project and write review about their performance ,also I need to interact with parent to upgrade about their wards performance. I have to prepare for classes and have to attend webinar to upgrade myself.

To be frank, it has been six months since I joined WhitehatJr. I did not have any bitter experience. I could see the soft nature of the people who corrects teachers when they go wrong with at most love and respect. I have never seen any of the higher authorities getting angry.
