Company used to be a gold mine few years back. Now there is nothing to work for, management is useless and they are not ready to accept the change. Company is sinking ship only because of management and their useless policies.

Ni increment No incentive on time Favouritism at its best Lay off once a month (3 lay offs since May till June) Working on week offs and national holidays. Leave is only on papers while your manager never approves it.
