I am sharing my view by not holding any grudges for WHJR, It’s a serious request do not ever Join this Organisation. They are most unorganised company ever. You will have zero job security and no personal life.

Dislikes

Very poor working culture. They will change your shift timing and work profile. Without information or taking a concern.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
