I am was happy when I joined the organisation but now it is pathetic

There is going partiality in promotion favourite and cluster manager and officer affairs are going on I have reached this but no and taken the action. Gaurav Lokhande and Lakshmi Choudhary affair is going on all managers no stop nose then also they are not taking action. 2023 incentives not given to me

The thing is I loved working in Westside, the people are really awesome.

Dislikes

Not much, sometimes I hate to work there because of New lines, hit rate every Friday Saturday and Sunday, moreover I liked to working there.

Now they have decreased salary and people are not getting promoted that much and incentive structure are decreased also because they are not getting business since zudio has come across.

Usually the timing. Its Actually because of the store manager it is hard to have a work life balance because you have to give approx 10.30hr in a day . And i think this problem will never resolve.

The management is hazardous timing are more than 10 hours and if ur not achieving Target some time than u have to do straight shift also in short they will make u work more than 70-80 hour a week and week off also can't be adjusted it will be fix and u can't take scik leave also if u take it will consider as lwp loss of payment no staff is happy in the organisation the company is more interested in profit and nothing...Read More

I like the environment here and the work is also good and westside gives you a lot to learn like sales billing backend, you can also learn it.

Dislikes

There salary is not incremented on yearly basis and appraisal is also done very late, this is the problem and the pressure of work is very high And one fixed is not less, you have to do multiple things.

Salary growth is very low I am working on Westside 5 years 11 month my basic salary growth is 0% And I think other organisations all most 15% - 30% Salary growth Avery years provide the staff but our organisation not provide the growth

There is nothing to like about this except job security. Worst work life balance . Employees are working more than 24 hours without sleep. And again come in the evening.
