its been a honor to work in marriort property the take care of staff really good my managers were very supportive ajay sir and vikas sir were always there .. thank you was great experince . i miss you all .

staffs are to that friendly or supportive but overall the all were good . the dont like indians that i know but its there personal choice . thank you .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
