Product range is good but pmt concern more about focus brands unnecessary webinars ,formats.no check n balance on psr.

Dislikes

Pmt and management is terrible ,cut salary without reason ,they try to cover sales loss through cutting salry expense of asm and rsm.no future prospects in this organisation.

Webinar, unnecessary formats ,salry deduction expense kept on hold ,no accountability for psr,only asm will be held responsible ,they try to protect psr who is useless in working and doing targets.

They don't agree to pay salary, they say bring sales and then ask for salary, they have all the products common, I was in Gynecology. There is a lot of politics in it, if we do something good,Still they keep the boy they like. The staff changes every year. When I was in training session, there was no hotel stay it was all upon us, they said that you watch yourself that's not our responsibility.

Basically everything is worst at this company. They made all dummy document. Worst hr policy. Even there regulatory affairs incharge make there own rule. In Punch and outpunch at fix timeing. Even if you have you PL leave you cannot use it until they approve it. This company don't requires employe they require only worker. In thisdepartment more non field persons like b.com, m.com are available then require field person. Incharge do partiality with there employees. And worst salary as compare to other company. They make u do more work on less salary....Read More

Work environment like school, keep mobile phone in locker, Time 10 hours. Disition satyam, Bread over only half hour, not allowed to going for tea snacks. So many dislike rules and policies
