Job security is here. Work life balance is also good here but since it is emergency department then timing may be increased as per work load. Pay and compensation is less as compared to central govt but better as compared to many state govt. Career growth for Diploma Engineer is very bad. HR department is very very slow. Transfer policy for outsider candidate is also very bad.
