I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Enjoying going to work every day and I am good at my job and feel positive about my contribution. Everyday brings a new challenge. I am constantly learning. Most important thing is that if you are good in sales then you can earn good money( Incentives, spiffs, yearly & half-yearly contests)

Flaws are everywhere and in our company too. Those problems aren't big enough to hinder one's performance. But the shortcomings which can be rectified will be rectified according to the time.
