I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Bus timing ,canteen facility was good

During operation in PowerPolant they have transfered all employees to contractual and kicked out some of employee .for female harassment shall stop from higher authority .
