Worst job security Ppl in the management doesn’t appreciate talent Company is good but managers are worst to work with!

No proper planning No understanding of the market No strategy whatsoever! Nobody follows rules. Sales driven company, no place for constructive criticism The exit formalities are pathetic, you would get harassed by following up with the team for your FNF! Pls are clueless and you run pillar to post for every small work! HR’s are Pathetic! Clueless and never respond! Overall not a good experience!...Read More

Work experience was good until you are told to leave without a reason! Cost cutting was the train given from a company which has a setup of 1500cr’s
