The organization Culture starts from Top and percolates down to the floor team member which align with Group Vision Statement of Leading Tomorrow Together. The company provides ample opportunities for growth which allows the employees to be not afraid of failure or making mistakes as long as there is honest attempt to learn, unlearn and take calculated risk which leads to success next time. On the improvement side, Learning & Training need improvement which allows the employees to learn and train in their specialized field instead of other deciding what sought of training is required. It should quickly move to skill training on floor/ground rather than Generic Group Level Classroom Training. To be precise what is good for Textile may not be good /fruitful for Steel Vertical. Devlopment of Trainers in "Train the Trainee" with in the working force & they train the floor employees may work wonders. Overall, it has been memorable work experience of 18+ years getting excellent support from the team members the cross functional management and the Top Mangement. To be specific with the growth of company manifolds, there is growing feeling in old Timmer becoming irrelevant with passage of time. This feeling needs to be addressed with human approach as the employee joining at young age becomes older and insecurity / fear of losing out to newcomers lead to company losing their tried and trusted Human Captial
