I’ve been employed with WF since 2015 so what I’ve overall liked are as follows— 1. There’s no bar in shifting skill sets, domain or Business Units like: Technology, Operations, Analytics etc. 2. Job security 3. Diversity and Inclusion 4. Veteran Hiring 5. Hiring specially abled across all footprints

Dislikes

1. Yearly Hikes are not at per to hedge the inflation 2. CSR Events are treated as a corporate check box tick and not genuinely invested 3. Promotions are pretty much controlled and not organic in nature 4. Since and post pandemic the organisation has hired rampantly so there’re resources which are not utilised given the scope of business hasn’t expanded much. 5.
