While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. They provide transport service.they don't layoff. Rater they will give poor rating multiple times because of their personal limitation belief despite of great work. These poor ratings will make employee thinks to quite,it means they try to discourage rather than lay off.

Bad tech stack. Support projects. Partially while performance review. Useless comments by manager in review. Senior team members are less cooperative. Very bad politics. If you are not an outspoken person ,even you work hard you will be given zero hike with low ratings. But truth is this situation everywhere now a days.

Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals. They are after you and make your professional growth hell if you raise your dissent. Focuses more on delivering quantity rather than quality.

Managers are everything here, misusing their power and hr management is just a kind of puppet. PIP is used as a cross cutting tool. Worked with many organizations before, this is the worst one.

Managers are everything here, they are given all the power to decide your future in wells fargo and they Misuse it for sure. Pip is used here as an cross cutting tool. Racism is at its core. Most of the managers are stable in same project since decade and have lack of work ethics. Ive worked with many org before, this is the worst ever.

ER is not for employee it is only to support management.There are few team were you need to take breaks on rota system,if you are 1min late ,you get ping from the workforce management.Toxic work culture
