Here lead won’t do any coding, manager do so such Favouritism to the telugu people, without any work he will give promotion and hike everything to them, please don’t join this company if your manager in Hydrabad and your work location would be bangalore, you will be simple soft target.

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals. They are after you and make your professional growth hell if you raise your dissent. Focuses more on delivering quantity rather than quality.

Managers are everything here, misusing their power and hr management is just a kind of puppet. PIP is used as a cross cutting tool. Worked with many organizations before, this is the worst one.
