Once upon a time the organisation has many achievements and great fame and name but recent past it is one of the wrost organisation to work. Where organisation speaks about people centric but it is not and values are name sake. If you are looking for organisation to meet your career goals this is not the right place

Not even single point to be tell only one least or dislike in the organisation completely wrong place to work. Outsiders it would be great place they would create a lot of success in social sites but in reality it doesn't have any.

Wells Fargo is reall good organisation. However there is a team called Servicing. Here you will find all the unprofessional leadership. Majority of the team is hired by senior managers and they all love praising by their assistants. People with good knowledge will not have the opportunities in learning and developing. Leaders with 9to 10 years exp in Wells Fargo are bounded with bad attitude. And there is no HR involvement as well. People will always point out the minor mistakes rather than helping each other. Senior Leaders are not fit for their roles and think they are doing correct and disappointing the subordinates. Perception based teams are in Servicing. The best thing is people settle down in the company from associate level to team lead level for a long period in company

No growth opportunities and the pay scale is funny where the manager has less salary when compared to the associate reporting to him or her
