No PF, No Bonus, No Medical, No Saturday off, No Lunch, No job security, 10+ hours working, No leaves and also salary not came on time.. Nothing for employees.. No one works there, everyone is just doing time pass.. No one have any data related to their department. In Accounts Department, One person i.e. Naveen Rana who's post isExecutive is Head of Accounts Department and he doesn't know the difference between MIS and Balance Sheet. Debit and Credit side not tallied in monthly P&L.. He doesn't know the meaning of Accounts, but he is HOD of accounts department.. Now you can imagine the working condition of company.. Same situation in every department, you can't get work done by anyone.. Your juniors can deny for doing work anytime without any reason.. Everyone from Gatekeeper/Guard to Senior Manager reports to Director.. No hierarchy in company.. Anyone can go to Director's cabin everytime for any issue.. Don't know how company is surviving and how long it will survive.. Management is also Blind and Deaf.. I disclosed excess payment of lakhs to Contractor by HOD of Accounts and HR Department, but no action taken by management. HR department is one of the USELESS department in this company.. If you wanna spoil your career, then you can join this company.. I know my words is not enough to describe the condition of the company..
