Nothing. Now when i see back my tenure at weddingz thn I see only pressure from company, venue owners and guests. Very bad work culture.. Co workers brings goons at workplace

Everything 1) leads that company provide are generally junk and still venue managers have to connect calls 2) lots of pressure to follow protocols of company ( my dear weddingz managers, in field scenarios are different, you just sit in office and force rules) 3) money collection from venue owners( we as sales person, sell bookingsbut your company have legal contact with venue owners.. go collect commission yourself..company forces venue manager to collect money, seriously dumb thing company can do) 4) random bs things that hr do, example townhall, meeting, etc.. In field sales you force for target and in between you waste our time. Lol 5) process, very bad. Venue manager is just nothing for company and they demand everything you have to do plus don't even take weekoffs...Read More

The company didn't support any of his employees instead they layoff all its employees without pay during this crucial point of time. Management is very very poor and no response from the HR team at any point of time delay in releasing the incentives .

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

This organisation is the worst managed than any other smaller companies across the country. They lie to people in terms of the job profile. No management. The manager is selfish and dull headed. No growth. No communication. HORRIBLE
