I worked in Webstix for 6 years and I would say it was one of the best company I've worked so far. I joined there as a fresher and from the beginning my experience here was good. I have got a lot of chances to work in different technologies like PHP, WordPress, Magento, Joomla, CodeIgniter and frontend. In terms of workload, sometimes it is normal and sometimes it is heavy like any other company. Even though you have a lot of work, you won't feel the pressure due to the people work there. Yes, they are the main reason for the growth and longevity of the company (25+ years). We are treated like a family and when we struggle they are always there for support. During my time there I also got experience to communicate with the clients through the email that is helping me now to professionally handle the clients. Salary was reasonable like a mid level company. There will be official team outing every year and there are lot of internal team outing, lunch, etc,.
