...nt in the office. The bond and the connection I have with them are inextricable. There is no hierarchy in the office by the years of experience or the salary you get, everyone is treated equally. The team and its support were the only push through all my tough times at work. Apart from the work, any talent you have is always encouraged and loved. Though it's been a while since I left the company we still have the same bond.

...hrough the email that is helping me now to professionally handle the clients. Salary was reasonable like a mid level company. There will be official team outing every year and there are lot of internal team outing, lunch, etc,. Overall it was a good experience working with Webstix. They also provide free lunch and evening snacks. No cab facility.

I've been working at webstix for 4 months. This organisation and people here have always been very helpful and approachable. I feel very happy to have gathered so much knowledge and skills in such a short time with all the tasks and responsibilities given to me. I am very thankful for all the opportunities given to me and the trust they've put on me as a fresher is commendable.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about this organisation. I wish I could've continued working here if not I had other personal commitments.

Webstix has a good work culture. The management and team is friendly and help the employee maintain a good work life balance. The company helps employee to scale up in career. There is no work politics. You are recognized for your talent. A good place to work with.

I enjoyed working for Webstix . I could always get in touch with management whenever I needed them. There were no office politics. Appraisals and feedback were given on time. And they were open to suggestions from employees as well. Overall great experience.
