I totally adore Webskitters' work environment and its brilliant work culture. People work here with peace and harmony. There is a great and unsaid bonding between team members, they stand by each other and support each other during rough phases. it is really great to work here.

Dislikes

I kind of don't like the long working hours and sometimes the company becomes rigid in its approach. Most of the times the company policies and approach are flexible and employee-friendly, sometimes it becomes rigid. That's what I dislike about it. Otherwise everything is picture-perfect here.

The best thing that I like about this company is a wonderful balance between professional and personal life. you have flexible working hours, Monday to Friday fixed office and you have the weekend all for you. Great, isn't it?!

All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

The managers don't empathize the hard work that you do. You'll be asked to work when you reach home even after having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.
