The seniors are very cooperative and helpful specially your immediate supervisor, they support you for career growth as well. I have learn so many things from here. The best part of this organization is the salary you will get the salary on the first day of month & you will get a friendly work culture here.

I totally adore Webskitters' work environment and its brilliant work culture. People work here with peace and harmony. There is a great and unsaid bonding between team members, they stand by each other and support each other during rough phases. it is really great to work here.

I kind of don't like the long working hours and sometimes the company becomes rigid in its approach. Most of the times the company policies and approach are flexible and employee-friendly, sometimes it becomes rigid. That's what I dislike about it. Otherwise everything is picture-perfect here.
