The worst ever company, they are doing pure business with employees life. Hiring candidates from Webskitters academy, with bond of 2year + probation + 90working days notice period. Then firing them after telling that they are not working properly after 6months, which is rubbish! The managers don't empathize the hard work that you do. You'll be asked to work when you reach home even after having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.
