The worst ever company, they are doing pure business with employees life. Hiring candidates from Webskitters academy, with bond of 2year + probation + 90working days notice period. Then firing them after telling that they are not working properly after 6months, which is rubbish! Disgusting office politics, you can only stay in the office if you are 'Chatu' employee and get awarded. One should never work with Webskitters! No work life balance. They make people give good ratings by forcing & threatening....Read More

poor management team politics worst team leaders, they think they knows everything, actually not. unnecessary work pressure no scope for skill development. long working hours ( 9 hours 30 minutes) treated like school going student. no proper work process no proper seo or digital marketing project they have. they don't have any proper reporting format for clients. sandwich leave policy even you take medical emergency 90 days notice period without salary and after completing your notice period you have to wait more 45 days for settlement....Read More
