Poor management, which you will get effected. No job security, they can terminate at any point without concern. 24 hrs you have to work, no appraisal. If you have good opportunities they will not release after the notice period, will extend it. There reputation in the market is big zero, no company wants hire employee from this company. All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

The managers don't empathize the hard work that you do. You'll be asked to work when you reach home even after having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

Unreasonable 3 month without pay notice period & final settlement delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment....Read More
