Likes

Working with Webskitters is the only good thing that happened to me in 2020. The most important thing is that you can work on your skills and improve it with the help of the experienced supervisors you have. Any complexities are taken care of an handled by the seniors, keeping the entire team in loop.

It is a really good company. I like everything about it.

Work Details

There is a continuous flow of work with verities of project available for you. This is such a great thing to look forward too. You can work at your own paces, the only requirement is that you have to meet the deadlines that cannot be compromised.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
