The only . Plus point in this company is salary is on time .

No leave . To get any leave you need to discuss at list 5 time they they will put a term for you . Then you can take a leave . Even its a single leave in a month If you already done ur target . They will ask you fpr total talk time . Total project discussion . And they i make you cry on these points . And if you havent done you target . They will shout . At list complete ur target . I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
