Skill Development- They will just ask you to focus on sales even if you are in customer support and you just need to sell anything for them, they are just concerned about the money doesnt matter what you sell. If you can do frauds than better. So actually you will have negative skills development. Work Life Balance- No personal life, you need to just take care about the sales slot and target. Every day you will wake up with a question what amount you can fetch. Compensation and Benefit: They gave me highest target of the company - 4 Lac in a month and i was not paid for even that, they promised something else and than did not paid what promised. They are just after the money, they are more of a BPO nowadays than an I.T company and they are just around that part. Very low basic pay, conditional incentives. Even they will ask you for average. Monthly target is on paper, they will ask you to deliver average each day, isnt it a bpo practice.
