talking about content writing department, the staff was great, pretty helpful and knowledgeable. I really learnt a lot.

Dislikes

all they care about is saving company's money and for that they do stupid things like levying fines for using mobile phones, half day for getting late by 1 second, delaying increment, firing employees, etc. The technical head is rotting the company and its culture to its core. god bless to everyone working there. The managers have to no idea of the department they are assigned to handle.

It lacks growth in terms of salary. Their prime preference for appreciation remains the marketing dept. and not the backend dept. that works behind the curtain.
