A very good culture to work with, nice people sitting on management level to understand every employee needs.

A few things need to improve 1- forceful on time reporting (need a bit flexible) 2- motivational rewards that need to be given to employees who deserves.

Webkul Culture is very positive. It has been a great working exp. at webkul. you can share your ideas and always Learn new things. seniors are very helpful. Celebrations of new achievements and birthday parties.

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation....Read More
