Dislikes

Politics by the project leads. No new projects. Many People thinks here they are only intelligent others(whom they don't like) are useless, so they start commenting on you, showing you down until you show them your capabilities. Project leads should be better.

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation....Read More
