I worked as an Sr. SEO Strategist at Webcubator Technologies, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Here are the key points that summarize my time with the company: 1. Salary Nightmares: The promised salary on the 10th of every month turned into a cruel joke. Payments were consistently delayed, leaving employees struggling without pay until the 15th, 18th, or even later. It felt like working for half the month just to receive our due wages. 2. Abysmal Management: The management was a chaotic mess. There was a severe lack of organization, and it seemed like they had no clue about running a company. Decision-making was poor, and the overall structure was a breeding ground for confusion. 3. Toxic Leadership: The directors/owners, I don't want to name them, were far from good leaders. They overloaded employees with excessive work, leading to 12-16 hour workdays despite the supposed 9-6 working hours.
