1. - Rude and selfish , unethical and unprofessional HR team. They care about resource (money) part not human. - They will change policy at anytime without any information to you. 2. - Duuumb leadership team, except a handful managers, all are just there for no reason. They dont have any idea of the things they are working. For ex dev team manager would be from IT team. - No team communication, no information sharing, Favortism.
