1. - Rude and selfish , unethical and unprofessional HR team. They care about resource (money) part not human. - They will change policy at anytime without any information to you. 2. - Duuumb leadership team, except a handful managers, all are just there for no reason. They dont have any idea of the things they are working. For ex dev team manager would be from IT team. - No team communication, no information sharing, Favortism. They don't have clear vision and planning, atleast manager or product team don't have, then working hours is terrible I have experience working 18+ hours what else to say.

Company was trying to solve something noble or atleast that’s what the PR narrative was which attracted talent. Lot of wasted potential due to mismanagement by senior leadership team.

Dislikes

Salaries have not been paid for months while the company’s co-founder is having a lavish destination wedding. Where are the ethics and morals? I understand there is corporate veil and it’s his personal wealth but it just doesn’t sit well. Employees have been scammed.
