There is No job security in this company. Company threw out Many employees. there is no career growth. No appraisal in last 2 years. company policy is changing every 3 months. there is no any leave policy. Work environment is average, But Work life balance is worst. They use employees as their need. Management is weak. They forced employees to work from office during Covid-19. They provide Lunch, but you have to eat what you get, because of insufficient quantity. The main problem of this company is there is no leave policy. If you lie about your leave you can get some. There is no bonus. There is no paid leave or sick leave. No gratuity.
