It’s totally horrible experience to work with wave infrastructure, I joined company as Guest relation executive for their Sens clinic in south extension branch first three rounds of interviews taken they never said it was completely calling profile or only a tele caller they need , Harsimran their branch head she herself has didn’t explained the profile she never said it was calling profile and she wants to call me to customers like call centre , after completing all joining formality, in joining format rules are different and rules are different with Harsimran madam , bcoz in joining kit rules it was written second and last sat is off but Harsimran said it was not for Sens clinic then that need to be written in joining format that GRE of Sens clinic it’s not applicable, then they convinced me to give a trial to profile I was also in need so I joined and was willing to give my 100% but again Harsimran had fixed opinion on me so she didn’t want to continue with me she had word with HR to remove me but when I said iam ready for profile and willing to give my 100% HR team supported me but Harsimran was like I have to remove her at any cost so she and her CRM head Tareena shah played such cheap game with me for a week they gave me all junk customer profiles and made me do calling I still gave my 100% and did like 45 calls in a day so Harsimran was like how to remove me so after a week she called me and said we don’t think you can carry a profile bcoz we have call recorder and we feel unsatisfied with you . Firstly all junk profiles given to me wantedly and then iam coming from professional back ground of kingfisher airlines and hsbc bank being in top companies I have never seen such bad professionals , they have never mentioned clear profile they have never mention that they need a person who has knowledge of skin clinics treatment not Harsimran asked me during interviews that I have knowledge about skin treatments now suddenly u expect from me is within one week I call clients who all are junk profiles to convince them to come to Sens clinic for treatment, how you expect within one week Person should know all about their products and no specific training given by them go and join start calling and when client shut the phone they expect to grab him to clinic at any cost , this all was planned move by CRM head Tareena shah and Harsimran it was such a cheap behaviour by them . Totally unprofessional atmosphere people have zero dressing sense working in company . They roam with open hairs till knee length wearing jeans etc men with highly beard grown no check at all . Sens clinic were I worked being centre face of customers they roam in jeans open hairs , Harsimran being head of branch doesn’t carry herself as branch head .

Even if you give your best , Your work won't ne acknowledged you won't be praised chances of growth are very poor and suffocating. Especially if you are a fresher & don't have a recommendation or reference won't ever think that you can have growth opportunities a better salary. Reference people's are ruining the work culture and area huge demotivation to people who believe in hard work. It’s Excellent. Hard to find such organisation where there is No politics which makes you feel comfortable mentally. Bosses are Superb who feels a good sense of responsibility to be human first.

Rashmi Mansaramani (CHRO), Prabhjot (AGM HR) and Pankaj (Recruitment Manager) are toxic and create a worst work environment in office. No job security, there no any appraisal even 2-3 years. Company is in loss. Never suggest to join this toxic company specially in HR department.
