Work environment is good there is no huge workload, senior upper management is good but managers are worst, appraisals are only for those who roam around the managers and treat them like he is everything.

Dislikes

If you wants to see the politics join here, if you go against your manager your job will be in great risk and you could be fired soon so if manager say stand here do it. Worst part is their HR they are only for making rangoli if you go to them to raise any concern they will pass it to your manager and what are the managers power that is previously disclosed.

It couldn't be a career option because anytime you can lose your job when you not obey your managers he can fire you for the little mistake, appraisal and promotions are only for those who roaming around the managers whether you work for for extra time with good performance you won't get appreciated.All I want to say is that managers are everything

Job is secure untill unless you didn't any error from onshore partners. Townhall party every year. Festival celebration.

Dislikes

8 hrs required on desk out of 9 hrs work shift. Complete work from office Shift timings 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM with 100 only for night shift allowance. Upper management is sophisticated to there manager only. It's not people's first company. They have very less leaves 18 EL and CL and ML combined 6. Apart from that you have to mark Loss Of Pay. You have to relocate yourself in transport designated area. You can't open any other portal for learning also they don't have their own learning portal....Read More

I think that in waste management or any other field, if you get the support of seniors and there is no discrimination among any employee, then it is very enjoyable to work. And it feels like our company is a part of our family.

I feel that if any company does not treat its employees well then it is very wrong. Due to bad behaviour all the time, a person is not able to concentrate on his work properly.

Wm has a good environment to work in. All staff members are very professional. With strong management, WM can play a good role in building your career and learning new things.

Dislikes

Salary is quite very low as compared to other companies. Their starting salary is in the range of 2.2 LPA to 2.50 LPA which I think is not good.

I have never seean a great culture like WM, Everything is great there seniors are so supportive great people and great organization.

Dislikes

Transport facility is poor office locationis far from the city so its not safe to travel at night on faridabad road, Admin team do not have any control over Transport/ Cab drivers. Driver do drink and drive , rude behavior, rash driving, no female safety in cabs . Is everday issue in Transport.
