It was a night mare working with the company, committing a suicide is easy rather working in such environment. Completely GUNDA RAJ and one man show. No ideas and change management adaptability is welcome. It's completely a favouritism show. Big complex in Indore vs Gurgaon. Lot of humiliation. No learning no power and authority. The kind of talent acquisition... Completely zero. No women safety, management is supporting and retaining people who have been in POSH thrice. Shameless environment and one who is decidedly driving the ethics and corporate culture has to face big challenges. Wm has a good environment to work in. All staff members are very professional. With strong management, WM can play a good role in building your career and learning new things.

Dislikes

Salary is quite very low as compared to other companies. Their starting salary is in the range of 2.2 LPA to 2.50 LPA which I think is not good.

I have never seean a great culture like WM, Everything is great there seniors are so supportive great people and great organization.

Transport facility is poor office locationis far from the city so its not safe to travel at night on faridabad road, Admin team do not have any control over Transport/ Cab drivers. Driver do drink and drive , rude behavior, rash driving, no female safety in cabs . Is everday issue in Transport.
