They terminated me, that’s how they supported me, and just after 2 weeks from my termination they noticed that they require an engineer exactly as same as my qualifications.

Dislikes

From my first year until my termination, I have never felt that I’m equal to the others, for example: job opportunities, salary, even my working hours were higher and my weekend was only one day.

Good company to work with, u have indepence to manage your work n if any assistance is required teammates are very cooperative. Work life balance is in your own hands, how well u can manage.

Dislikes

As such nothing was discomfort/dislike for me. Appraisals n all were dependent on company's overall grown n our performance. System was not bias at any given point.

Work was little monotonous at our time, however time changes systems n people. So hopefully now things might be exciting.
