Management is transparent with less support of teammates company policy are average appraisals are fair and they give us bonus every year

Non cooperation from team mates and management doesn't address our grievance. Salary is ok but career is slow. On the job training is not given properly

Very busy working day nights job as interesting we struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session
