1. Staff Cordination is good as compared to other. 2. Respect entire office staff at Imphal.

1. salary payment system too delay 2. contractual staff extension not given in time and interval of extension is vry short period. 3. For site engineer vehicle not provided so we facing big problem for self financial maintenance.

Yes, I would like working for a longtime in it. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the work pressure is high some times,, idol recive apprecciation email from my client, moreover very experienced staffs in this company. Have to guide line step by step. Which is a pain sometimes.

The Sr. Management has no manners to speak with their colleagues. The Director spells out foul languages (galiya) to the office people all the time. They will spoil your career. The Director will not let you join anywhere else even if you get selected in better organisation & exploit you.
