everthing nice but higher mangement spoil everything in terms of appraisal, growth , work culture. Higher management always do good only with his/her favourite employee. They don’t think deserving candidate. Partially , Favouritism play very crucial role there specially operations/Cst departments.

I feel bad for them. Such an awesome company but a few bad unethical practices and it all went in vain. To be honest, I don't think any app other than paytm is that feature-rich with such a decent UI not to mention it's functional as it needs to be.

Drives on regular basis forced to Bc for business with company , Doing every single day drives work start with drive and end of the day start concall for new sales drive , DMT DRIVE, EKYC DRIVE , INSURANCE DRIVE, FASTAG SALES AND PLACEMENT DRIVE , sometimes company not Running drives CMs And TLs forcefully make it for FSEs like internal drive like izzat ki baat hai , But in 30 days u can't run a drive out of 25 days in a month's, RBI Required 08 Go schedules in a month but they Required 12 for internal percentage growth 📈 8 Revisits daily required from all offrol and onroll whatever the situation if it's not done by u they Deduct the same day salary , if u manage the 200 outlets then they Require 80% Revisits of 200 Outlet every month if not complete by u they Deduct 3k from your incentive, If u want to working like a performing machine then u must join as a FSE onroll or Offrole 1 agenda when completed then after 20 days new task like calling to Bcs pull the messages for scheme is always ready for u and attach your data in performance file will show u what u achieve what is your rank will show u 2 time daily in a day overall don't join as a FSE it will spoil everything but TLS/ASM/CMs will enjoy in this company because FSEs is Responsible for all the things...Read More
