Job security. HR policies, benefits and employee retention techniques, goodies, leaves are good

Dislikes

Management could be even more better with product values than client service mindsets. Employee ignorance could be avoided. Exoecting a Supportive system to hear the challneges and improve upon and defeat the dominance of the vendor partners.
