The Friday Fun Sessions organized by our HR department are really fun. Every Friday afternoon, we have an hour-long session where we play games, do wellness activities, and sometimes meet professionals like doctors or financial advisors. We are always excited and waiting for every next Friday.

HR is pushy about participating in cultural events. So, this is something which I feel should not be there.

Variety of task which give u the different exposure and increase in the knowledge base. Ownership of the thing is there as per ur position & the role also. Atmopshere good one and no complain about that one. Tune with seniors nice one

I love how both the Hyderabad and Agra offices are conveniently located. It's easy to commute to work, no matter if you live in Hyderabad or Agra. This means we don't have to worry about long and tiring office commuting experiences, and we can focus on our work and be more productive.

Manager handle the thing in such manner that half our problem get solve there only. Communication transparent between us. As team we have fun and enjoy together

Bond if you reimburse certification. They will alot you uncessary tasks excel related stuff. Get ready for changes if you hired as python developer they will give you ruby related tasks. Office politics is high as hell.

work life balance-company expects employee to work around the clock and whosoever resist comes in bad books. Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. There is complete disregard for hierarchy, for instance, an AVP might make unilateral decisions by consulting relatives bypassing direct repotees.
