Totally depends on the team you are working with. Initially I used to like it because of a certein manager who would respect and trust my judgement. For some time, there was a growth.

I was focusing on a client name affy pharma regularly following the client to be onboarding nd give some consignment but that time the customer was busy in internal audits and asked me they will use our services after completion of internal audits but my manager Mohd Dilshad and HR Elvic colaco pressurized me to resign as soon as possible on basis of poor work performance...if they will give me another week then.
