Initial Pay is fine but I dont know about future pay

Trust me, it depends on team to team. I was under a supercoach where he didnt guide me at all, he started showing his true colours at initial first week only. NO GUIDANCE ON HOW TO WORK. DISRESPECTING EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Dont join if you want work life balance, trust me.

Office environment is friendly and there is sufficient room to grow and get recognition in case you are lucky to work with few exceptional good managers.

Dislikes

Some of the managers are sadistic and are involved in full time politics, back bitching and too much favouritism to the people who obey whatever that are asked to do without asking questions . Would recommend to avoid such jerks at all possible cost . There is no work life balance and you are asked to sit and work while some of the managers are enjoying life outside . Politics, No power is delegated to AM and Managers. For even single leave or wfh for a single day, you need to ask Executive Director. When its about appraisal, company is in crisis. Standard appraisals are not granted. When the work can be completed with great efficiency at home, better than office, one can’t skip its office in case of urgency also.
