1. AM and Managers create unnecessary work pressure and ask people to work 16 hours a day without humanity. 2. They expect 1 person to do work of 2 persons and get the work done. 3. They don't care about your personal life, all they care about is their completion. 4. AM / Managers are to be trained on how to lead their team. They don't value the people working under them. 5. Inhumanly they will ask people to work on 2 assignments simultaneously, which requires you to put ground work on it, not just getting the workdone from juniors. 6. Even on Saturday and Sunday they expect people to work. 7. When you work good, you will be awarded with more work telling you are working good. 8. When it comes to appraisal, they will give you 6-7% as bonus and tell that you just met expectations. There's a huge list, however here's a few key points to mention 1. The culture of building unnecessary Pressure and expecting employees to cherish the same For the company, working here should be your life. There's nothing beyond work. You should feel blessed if you are able to get some personal time 2. Inhuman behavior and treating employees as disposable cattles The teams are heavily understaffed and employees are stretched to their breaking point to get the work done of 10 from 2. Working areas range from 10am in the morning till 2/3am in the night Teams are so bold to put it out in official communication that be prepared for night sittings are there are deadlines 3. Powerless HR Department HR department is just a tick mark activity and are truly powerless. Employees are expected to not say the truth and HR conducts sessions without meaning to actually do something to address the concerns 4. Directors and AMs expectation to leave Self Respect and Family out ans come to work Family Emergency, Medical or Personal exigency, Marriage or Death, nothing matters.
