Only the time shedule is not so strict.

If you are in contractual payroll in waldies, Then be careful, you are going to treat as a 3rd person. No one will value your opinion, they will alaways remembers that you don't have any value and they will not give proper appointment letter and offer letter too. One of the the contractor Lock and Safe is not provide the ESIC and PFfrom the joining date. Company also don't give the facility of ESIC and PF from the joining date. They used to give the facility after 6 months working. The behaviour of HR and Assistant HR is too much lethal towards the employee and contractual employee....Read More
