The people and the work environment it used to have. one of the co-founders is good to work with. The brand does some kickass work which makes it an okay brand to be associated with

The CMO is the worst possible boss to have in any workplace and he has made life hell for everyone. The workplace has become toxic, hostile, negative, etc. the CMO passes negative comments on his team and these comments have nothing to do with work, rather, it has got to do with our personal lives and that is not okay. The management is aware of what he is doing and yet no action has been taken.

The worst company I have ever met in my 13 years of retail experience. Higher Management & specially the HR People are worst, least responsible & highly unprofessional. This company proves that if HR Team is not good then it will sink the company images and will throw out good talented and professional staffs. Before you join please read this carefully You will be felt good that you joined this org however gradually it will become worst as people in wakefit speak illogical about everything Stores are made without washrooms employees are not being cared speacially in north Ratings are fake and done by inside employees only You will face harrasment when you want to leave the company Reporting manager will have grduge on you and will intentionally create problems for you Think 1000 times before joining as you may be asked to leave even if you don't perform in 1st 2 months. People have left because of this in north. ASMs are being hired who don't have any experiances and they literlly creates ruckus everytime I'll make sure to add more thing later...Read More
