I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The environment is open. All the management is ready to listen to your needs and accommodate them as much as possible. The HR department is very cooperative and friendly. Evan after leaving the company when I needed some documentation for immigration purposes, WaferSpace was the only company who revert with a positive response and documents.

Dislikes

I had to leave the company for my personal reasons. Thought they have reached out to me many times to rejoin, I have not been able to do so. I really loved the company and spent 4 years there. Ther is nothing to dislike.

I worked as a lead in waferspace semiconductor domain for a month and left due to poor management. They have very few project's and there is no good manager or lead present in domains like verification, RTL & DFT. No proper training or guidance will be given to the new hires. I had a word with few new hires and trained employees, but no one were able to explain the flow or concepts. Client side reputation is bad, along with me couple of managers and leads left due to poor management. Not a good place for long term career....Read More

Company is good in all aspects. Job security wise it is very good. One can compare the company that they have not fired any of their employees who were on bench for more than a year during covid time.
