Very less Growth opportunities. I wanted to the work of my interest/specialisation but I couldn't because my manager told me that he can't provide me a opportunity as I have to stick to my current project because of limited resources in team and I know the product but I dont have any knowledge of the technology. I do understand their concern, but what about after hiring new people, still my interest seems zero to them because now, I am an experienced in product and technology, and they can't move me for my growth because who will train and take ownership of new people.
